Location is beautiful & room was clean! Quiet location. The food was lovely my

1.)We had a room with an incredibly squeaky& disturbance to our sleep was the bed frame when my daughter moved it was soooo noisy it woke our entire party up. 2.)Another nice thing would have had some paper cups/ glasses or something for us to drink from. 3.)Would have been nice to have had instructions on how to checkout and where to leave the key. 4.)Our checkout time wasn’t till 10am however by 9am the cleaner was hovering & noticeable presence outside our room by 9:15am. We felt pressured to leave as soon as possible.

Since Klosterwirt does not offer breakfast you get directed to their main hotel and spa approx 10 km away where you can buy a hearty buffet breakfast with anything your heart can wish for. It'll get you going until dinner.

We have informed them about our late arrival and asked if there will be anyone available to help us when we arrive. No answer. We have sent two more messages but they never responded. When we arrived late that night, I went to the front door. It was locked, no one was there. I looked around to see if they might’ve left the key for us. No key, no nothing. We had to find a last minute hotel around the area. I sent them a message that I was there but the door was closed and no one was available. I asked for a full refund. Now they are responding saying that the key was left with our name on it, therefore they cannot refund us. Horrible communication and customer service!

Nice interior, comfortable beds.

No staff at reception. Missing ventilation in WC+bathroom.

Location in quiet place, 16 min driving from Salzburg airport

There was no 4th set of bedsheets in our room although we booked for 4 person.

Such a beautiful location, located in a small town atmosphere. Very close to some of the most beautiful parts of Germany I have ever seen. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Restaurant attached for some tasty dinner or a delectable dessert.

The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the small church next to the hotel. The church bell would ring every 15 minutes and longer every hour…ALL night. Not too much of a problem, unless you like to sleep with the window open to get the cool breeze coming into your room.
