The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location and the view are perfect. Definitely worth the money.

Fabulous location. Huge, very comfortable room. Of over 20 hotels we stayed at throughout Europe, they had the best selection and quality of breakfast at any hotel (and delivery to the room). Unfortunately there were very strong, cold winds at the end of October meaning we couldn't enjoy the outdoor spa, but it would be great in better weather.

Úžasné miesto, perfektná lokalita, vlastná vírivka. Mr. Panos skvelý prístup, čakal nás aj po polnoci, ochota, úsmev. Takto si predstavujem prístup k hosťom.

No pueden entrar los vehiculos al domicilio, la recepcion esta un poco desubicada de las habitaciones, tienes que salir a la calle y bajar escaleras para llegar

coordination between airport taxi and reception was so good, someone came to taxi stand to lead us to the reception, which is about 250 meters away. Check in seamless.. Having arrived early deposited the baggage and went for lunch… 2pm room was ready and took two flights down. room excellent caldera view fabulous breakfast- preorder the previous day… sumptuous and arrives on time staff interaction - courteous and good

Stayed in Soul- privacy is a little compromised early check in or late check out - No way, if you are in season. but good thing, you are allowed to store

Breakfast was lovely, the bubbly and orange juice every day was a delight! The lady who serviced our room was very thoughtful and accommodating She is a very good ambassador for your hotel

Bathroom jacuzzi was a little difficult to get in and out had to be very careful not to fall! Water came in through the front door during rain storms, fortunately lots of towels!

I scored 10 if the shower head more powerful will score 12. Fantastic view super friendly reception great breakfast with Caldera view every morning oh my god the hot tub we used everyday the best holiday accommodation in 10 years. Cleaner and hot tub cleaner very friendly and they really did the good job appreciate hopefully will see you guys again!

La vue est incroyable Le jacuzzi est bien chaud pour pouvoir se prélasser même de bon matin à l'ombre. Petit déjeuner très bon. En plein coeur de la ville, très appréciable

Le seul bémol serait le bruit excessif du moteur du jacuzzi sur la terrasse qui a perturbé notre petit déjeuner
