Mann an der Rezeption kannte sich nicht aus. Fand die Reservierung nicht, sagte die Reservierung gibt's nicht, dann waren die Zimmer so wie gebucht nicht verfügbar, wurde dann gelöst aber anstrengend und schon das zweite Mal. ( letztes Jahr das Selbe). In einem Zimmer waren die Handtücher/ Duschtücher schmutzig.
