+ The location is excellent, few steps away from the crossing point to Elephantine island + I really appreciated the Egyptian art noveau decor + The room was spacious and comfortable + Nice view to the Nile river + Breakfast was meh!

- Black mould around the bath.

all was great - would stay there again- they asked us when we were leaving we told them early they had a to go breakfast ready for us when we left - even thou we told them it ok we did not need one
