quiet area of ​​the city

First I paid $50 through Booking then they asked for another $50 because I am not Egyptian. I was quite moved by this as I was not informed about it. The hotel has 5 stars long ago and now it is max 3 stars with a pool. I was woken up all night by a creaking bed and a very banging elevator door. The cleanliness was also very poor. We have stayed in better hotels for $20-30.
