Beautiful location on the Nile, in lovely grounds Handy to shops Very new and spotless rooms

Staff are polite but not friendly It's a long walk from the gate to the hotel I left early and did not get the breakfast box I had asked for Noise from the pool until 10pm at night

Nice location on the bank of the Nile.

The staff was disorganized and generally lacked knowledge of basic English. However, the breakfast shift was much better and did their jobs well.

the room was ok, but the TV & Kettel (US plug) need a converter to connect to the electricity source.

very expensive because the breakfast was very bad and poor. the accountant Mr. Mohamed Kamel (accountant) was very rude and refused to give me the invoice for my room because he issued a combined invoice for 2 separate bookings, but Mr. Mahmoud Ahmed from reception helped me and solve the problem.
