Ce n’est pas un point négatif mais à savoir: les chauffeurs que l’on peut prendre grâce aux applications comme careem ne vont pas jusqu’au village nubien. Les chauffeurs du centre ville demandent dans les 400-500 livres pour aller jusqu’au village. Nous n’avons pas réussi à avoir un meilleur prix.

The host is super nice. They made me a drink upon my arrival and also made me breakfast. The road is blocked when I got there and the host carried the luggage for me because we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely a good experience

The AC in the room isn’t working and the road is shut down so it is a little inconvenient to get there

Además de lo bonito del hotel y su exquisito desayuno destacar la atención y amabilidad del personal en especial Nasser quién estuvo al tanto de todo lo que necesitábamos a toda hora.

Quizá las vías de acceso que no están en las mejores condiciones pero bueno eso está fuera del alcance del hotel.

La ubicación es fantástica, literalmente tocando el Nilo, el sitio más relajante en el que estuvimos en todo Egipto. Lástima no haber podido pasar más días. El personal es también muy agradable.

Algo más de higiene es lo único que se podría pedir más.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was absolutely perfect! Nasser and Haithem are incredibly kind and welcoming. they greeted us warmly with a welcome drink and helped us with so many things during our stay. The apartment was great, and the location in the Nubian village is amazing, with a beautiful view of the Nile. The breakfast was wonderful as well. We highly recommend this place!

The hotel made my experience much BETTER than I initially thought. People here were extremely helpful and worried about us, specially Haithian, who supported us with absolutely all. He even helped me with a tour guide we already booked (disappointing service) and talked with several people in Arabic -at 4:00 am- for us to have the best of the experiences. Without him, my trip wouldn’t be the same. Absolutely recommended if it’s your first time in Aswan and want to have direct view to the Nile in a friendly environment.

We arrived at the property by boat, they have their own water access and you can also use this to swim in the Nile,they took our bags, signaled for us to take a seat, a few minutes later a fresh mango juice appeared, delicious. The room was perfectly fine and had a fridge, no problems at all. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling offering to help, this included helping one of us to the pharmacy to translate. Great stay, in a good location, can't be beaten.
