stains on the bedsheets seemed to be fresh so I assume they don’t change them after every guest

Person at reception during the night was a little polite and helpful.

Person at the reception during the day was very rude. Kept asking for extra charges. Room was pathetic. From size of the room to cleanliness everything was below expectations. For even the bathroom light, we had to call the reception guy to get it fixed. Very stinky with spider webs in room and washroom
