房間超級大！有小陽台可以看樹木花草，也有浴缸，房間很新很乾淨 什麼都很好！

沒有自駕的話可能會比較不方便

員工態度非常好，語言不通還耐心跟我們溝通

沒有電梯，扛大行李很辛苦 吹風機壞掉還放在客房，讓我們吹來半小時 🙄還吹不乾只好再找櫃檯要一支

Big clean modern room, a comfortable bed! Close to the hells, short walk.

The so called breakfast was really poor. They came with a sandwich, tea bags and coffe bags the night before. No choises what so ever. Ar least the guests should be able to choose which fillings on sandwich and also they should provide some fruit and/or fruit juice. They told us at the check-in that a “light breakfast” is included, but when booking the hotel it said “breakfast included. Really bad! There are no restaurants close to the hotel, we walked about 20 minutes to see any at all.

Very spacious and clean room with a nice bathroom. The front desk staff were very helpful and assisted us in booking a private onsen. The location is good, with a bus station nearby.

I was in love with this hotel before I ever stepped inside; they sent me an introductory email and then inquired into my visit to the area and what, if anything, they could help me with from food/dinner recommendations/reservations, tourist attractions, local onsen information, drive times, and safety of the area of which I took advantage. The young man who checked me in hails from Taiwan and was also the bartender and breakfast meal prepper; we spent a nice, quiet evening chatting about the city and our backgrounds and was a great way to start my trip. The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the rooms - to include the shower - were huge! Located on a side street that was quiet and surrounded by flowers, I enjoyed sitting outside. They offered free parking in a well-lit lot where I felt very safe.

There is not one thing that I can say negatively about this establishment.
