"Terribly short of what was expected"

When we arrived the property owner claimed we have no booking at the property since we had not made any prepayment while the portal allowed us to prebook with payment on-site… thereafter they took us to another property in the vicinity and finally got us back to the property stating that some adjustment had been made… in all pretty stressful especially when travelling with family and kids… the property was finally a non AC one
