Staff was very good, helpful. They even made tea late at night. It was very reasonable too.

The location is far from centre, otherwise everything is good.

"nice owners, nice atmosphere"

Transfers from the airport and later to the train station in Kalkar worked very well. Good food was offered. The city center was about 45 minutes away on foot. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe there.

The room was very cold, but you can also rent a heater. The room needs some renovation. There were thick blankets in the closet, but I preferred to use my sleeping bag. The hotel was in a different location than described on Booking.com. I was initially shocked when the driver dropped me off there, but on second glance it was OK.
