Very friendly staff and beautiful house. Very suitable for friends and couples. Beautiful art works and very comfortable sofas and furniture. Rooms are quite large and very organised.. In simple words.. A must visit stay in Rishikesh

OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS VERY GOODS........Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I was a guest at the Moksha for 15 days in November. I saw many different hotels and guest houses in the area and the Moksha was by far the best. Rooms were large, clean and had nice balconies. Bathrooms were good size and had piping hot water. The restaurant was fine with a decent variety of food and there were several excellent restaurants within a five minute walk. The highlight of my stay, though was the staff, especially the lovely woman (Monica??) at the front desk. She was very helpful, engaging and friendly. Her bright smile greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. She took care of all our requests, laundry, taxis, directions, restaurant recommendations, etc, efficiently and professionally. I will definitely stay at the Moksha when I next return to Rishikesh. Thank you.

Stayed here for a yoga retreat - the hotel was adequate in various ways. Location is in a quiet street that is a short walk away from Ram Jhula - there is a delicious little bakery nearby that serves vegan reese balls which were amazing (worth mentioning even in a hotel review!). The food provided was great - great variety and taste, although it might get tiring for those of you staying for longer than 2 weeks. Staff were fairly helpful. The room itself is 'new' ie renovated recently. I had a room with balcony access, which was fabulous - and they provide insect screens too. Hot water did not work at first, though they got it to work in the end, the hot water did not last very long! There were some shower drain flies in the bathroom, although this is to be expected I guess, in India. Nonetheless, the rooms were clean overall and it was a great place to stay in Rishikesh. I would return!

Very relaxing stay so close to the holy River. Very nice options at the hotel restaurant and very good food next to Ram Jhula bridge, just 5min walking. The room was big and very clean, same with the bathroom. Hot water not working at first but they solve it inmediatly. Excellent attention from the staff. A/c and mini fridge at the room, with TV. The city has poor energy suply and bad internet, but the hotel does it best with silent generator and WiFi week but working. Great yoga classes with real swami for good price (200 rupies per class).

Staying at moksha during my yoga teacher training for almost a month. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a perfect place for my sweet home away home. Will be back again if I return rishkesh!

Beside the fact that it is not easy to find, this hotel has nothing special to write about. The rooms are small and the lighting is frustrating. The bathroom is super tiny, although it does have hot water (if there is no power cut). The breakfast menu is extensive but you can only get toast and tea (then why the extensive menu?). So, no i would not go back. One good thing, actually: the front desk manager was super helpful.

This was a clean hotel the rooms are perfect. Staff here are kind and it is a family like environment. Wifi is not very strong but basic internet will work. The food was good and the area was great. I stayed for a month of yoga training it was a great stay here.

The location is good. People are very helpful and friendly. Room is tidy and clean. Everything worked pretty well. The menu is good but too repetitive for a month eating every day. I had a accident on the staircase. They are slippery, be careful! Other than that everything was amazing! Ah, pretty quite at night, had the best nights there.
