We have got mixed feedback from our employees. One Employee: The stay at Olive Zip Rest House was comfortable and the staff were courteous. The facilities were well-maintained and met expectations. Thank you! Another Employee: My stay at Olive Zip Rest House in Bengaluru had both positives and areas of concern: 1. The location was convenient and easily accessible. 2. However, the room size was quite small and not comfortable for two guests. 3. In-room service was inadequate — even basic requests like water bottles required multiple follow-ups. 4. Room hygiene and cleanliness were below expectations. 5. Several basic amenities listed on the website were not provided during the stay. Overall, the experience did not match the standards advertised, and there is significant scope for improvement

Welcoming by Property Manager and hecooperation is awesome. The team of the Property is well mannered and reciprocative time to time.

The room is very small and room.service is not upto the mark.

Nothing much except that it is near to the venue that we wanted to go in the night. Good Staff.

Seriously not for families or definitely not for kids.

All good value for money. The staff are good and helpful. Morning shift especially one lady handing the receipt or maybe afternoon , doing her job beyond her capacity. Good luck just basic needs to be placed by management.

Moisture needs to be placed after the request at least. Hot water is not available.
