Great property beautifully clean

Have sent messages since the stay as needed to cancel a booking, I spoke with reception who said this would be refunded. This has still not happened.

I liked the view from my room balcony although the initial room assigned to me did not have a good view at all. I'm not sure why I was assigned at the very end of the hall on the 1st floor with no view at all. I also liked some parts of the buffet especially the goat milk yoghurt and blueberry smoothie. I liked how the staff members were nice and cordial. The room and hallway was always kept clean. The reception had good lounge chairs to sit, listen to calming music or the piano which gives off the perfect ambience, and an amazing view.

I did not like that my bathroom had no extractor. There was no AC for when it got hot and I do not like opening the balcony doors down at night. After the 5th day for me, the food became quite boring.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! Check-in took quite a while but two coaches from the airport turned up at the same time we did. The indoor pool was a godsend in the cooler months as it was too cold to use the outdoor ones. I would 100% come back in the warmer months to make use of it. My children loved the kids club, they went everyday, the disco in the evening got a bit repetative though. Maybe change that up a bit. The gym was great, especially for a hotel gym. What i loved the most was the food, i have an egg allergy and i have never been to a hotel where they cater for my type of allergy but they had an entire vegan section in desserts, which meant i could eat them! It honestly made my holiday, not having to worry about my allergy.

I couldn't fault it, loved everything about it and i would come back.
