The room they allocated was really small, ac - not working, room was not even clean, there was no hygiene maintenance. The washroom was so bad, they did not have basic service as well. The staff was not at all helpful rather than that they were arguing continuously.

Wifi was good only

I recently stayed at Rasa Arcade in Vasundra, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything about this place was disappointing. Room Cleanliness: The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and I even found some leftover trash from previous guests. Staff Service: The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I requested a room change due to the cleanliness issues, and they responded with indifference and refused to accommodate my request. They were unresponsive to other basic service requests as well. Amenities: The amenities listed on the website were either broken or non-existent. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and frequently disconnected, making it impossible to get any work done. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was uncomfortably hot. Food Quality: The food served in the hotel restaurant was terrible. It was cold, tasteless, and seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time. I ended up eating outside for the rest of my stay because I couldn’t trust the quality of the hotel food. Safety Concerns: There were several safety issues that made me feel uneasy. The locks on the doors were flimsy, and the overall security of the hotel seemed lax. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. Value for Money: For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and service. However, this hotel fell far short of those expectations. It felt like a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Rasa Arcade to look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options in the area that offer clean rooms, better service, and a safer environment.
