The Elysian Morjim 155 Meters to Morjim Beach

It was a nice and cozy stay and was very close to the beach. The owner and staff were very helpful and well behaved and it was a homely, safe hotel. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect if you love peace and calmness. They did not charge us even after we stayed some hours post our check out time.

The breakfast options can be improved. If there are more staff then the service could become better. Basic amenities like dental kit and toilet kit should be provided. TV was not working and it could not be fixed.

Stray dogs were becoming an annoyance.

Large clean rooms, rooms were cleaned every day and requests for extra towels/hot water were catered to almost instantly! The owner, Mr. Puneet is a real sweetheart! He made sure we had a seamless check-in, enquired about our stay and comfort everyday, and even suggested places to visit/gave contacts to rent bike/car, which were very good and useful. We happened to forget something in our room on check-out and Mr Puneet was so sweet to courier it to us to our home town. :) We were provided with a very tasty breakfast daily, made to order, hot and yum! The variety was small but it was home food and we all enjoyed it, kids and adults alike! The place is also a walkable distance to two excellent restaurants, also suggested by Puneet, where we had multiple meals over our stay. Overall, an excellent place to spend a quiet vacation in Goa, far away from the maddening crowd and right next to one of the best beaches in this part of the country!

The property is very close to the beautiful Morjim beach (about 5 minutes walk from doorstep to the waters); however, the small road is filled with stray dogs, which make the short walk almost impossible when dark. During the day, it is fine, but if you're looking for a night stroll by the beach, it is not possible here (even with the sticks we had taken).
