Čisto a pohodlný pokoj, milý personál

Bez upozornění mi byl naúčtován za večeři v restauraci poplatek za obsluhu,cca 6 euro. V hotelu byl několik hodin křik a hádky v jednom z pokojů, téměř do půlnoci.Toto měli zaměstnanci hotelu řešit rychleji.

Good hotel for a one night transit stay

We really liked that the hotel had a restaurant, so we did not need to find places to eat in the evening, I really recommend the soups, because they were amazing. The interior of the restaurant was gorgeous. Also the location of the hotel is good, because there is also a supermarket next to it. The breakfast was okay, not really varied. The room had a nice temperature, it had an AC. The beds were comfortable. Room was spacious.

There were a lot of things wrong in our room, starting off with the door handles - both of the door handles were falling apart and needed to be fixed! The bathroom shower was weird, because it did not have any shower curtains or walls that would separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The second problem with shower was that the shower head was broken and it splashed water everywhere, therefore it did not have any pressure. the floor was not cleaned properly, because when we moved the bed from the wall a little, there were a lot of dust on the floor. Our window was near the main road, therefore the traffic was really loud, but it was bearable. When we were eating breakfast at the restaurant, the doors were open and there was a cigarette smoke coming in, which was unpleasant.

Tiszta, rendezett, modern szobát kaptunk. Mindenki segítőkész és kedves volt. Bőséges reggeli.
