Hotel Hira Inn-10mins From Railway Station & Bus Station

Service was awesome, the staff was awesome efficient and very friendly. The restaurant food was so delicious.

The hotel is modern clean and light. The staff are nice and friendly. The reception desk staff were warm and accommodating and the restaurant staff were clear and informative

Sometimes the breakfast was cold as they did not keep the dishes warm throughout the breakfast buffet. There were no windows, that's the only negative

The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel . Will be back to this place soon.

The complimentary breakfast spread was very good, the taste of food was excellent. The Mehfil Restaurant at the 4th floor of the hotel really serves delicious food; be it Chinese, Continental or Mughlai, we tried it all and the taste was really superb

That none of the rooms in this category (Superior room) have any window. There is NO VIEW from the rooms. This looked pretty much claustrophobic. They said only their Royal Rooms have windows. This is unacceptable. Another thing is that the hot water supply in the bathroom from the overhead boiler was very erratic. It was very cold in Allahabad (3rd to 6th Jan 2023) when we visited the place and had problems with the hot water supply in the bathroom.

Staff behaviour is good and supportive and food quality is good.

Argumentative front desk manager, first sending a message demanding upfront payment two days before stay, although the reservation was confirmed by Booking.Com. Checking in was haphazard, changing requirements of the documents. Demanded upfront Rs. 1200/- cash only payment for booking taxi for airport drop. Overall an unpleasant attitude.
