Owner and staff were really great! Had a great stay in Benaulim. Beach close by. Not crowded by Tourists. The best beach and hotel in Benaulim.

Decent sized room, bed was comfortable but pillows were too hard for me. Staff are fine, not overly friendly but not rude either. The bathroom was fine but like in a lot of India very poorly thought out. With the loo at the end of the bathroom and the shower in the middle, walking to the loo after a shower becomes an unpleasant and treacherous affair. Such a silly arrangement. The pool and surrounding area are the best part of the place. The beach is a 15/20 minutes walk, which needs care at night in the dark as people still drive like crazy on that road.

It's clear that the common areas of the property are almost never cleaned and cared for. Shocking state of the patio, steps, dining areas etc. broken pathways and steps. The cleanest thing in the place is the owners Mercedes convertible. The priorities are clear.

For the price paid, the hotel dint have any amenities

The en-suite facilities were problematic when using and should have been designed better. Breakfast was v basic.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to come back.

Behaviour of owner. One night though late order, it took long time to deliver since early morning start

Peaceful location with nice, clean pool and space to relax. Good size room with balcony. Restaurant with well prepared menu and reasonable pricing. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to beach with a couple of bars and shops en route but overall a quiet area, perfect for relaxation.

They had some restaurant renovation going on- who in their right mind does renovation in the week before Xmas in peak season in Goa?! The plumbing is a bit weird. We often got burned in the shower by a sudden burst of very hot water. The decor of the room and hotel is too loud and not aesthetically pleasing There’s loud music on in the restaurant on weekends which is quite disturbing if you are staying at the hotel as there is virtually zero sound proofing and you can hear people in the corridor as well
