"Eine sehr unangenehme und sicherlich letzte Erfahrung"

Das Hotel war leider ein Fehlgriff, was angesichts des Preises doppelt schlimm war. Ab 5:00 morgens wurde mit lautem Getöse das Frühstück hergerichtet, Flaschen einsortiert, Teller gestapelt, Besteck geschlichtet und dies in einer Lautstärke, dass ab diesem Zeitpunkt an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war. Zusätzlich war es nicht möglich um 13:00 schon einzuchecken und essen dass ich nicht im Auto lassen konnte, in die kühle des Zimmers zu stellen, als ob zwischen 13-15:00 das Zimmer noch benutzt hätte werden können.

It was an ideal location as I was only passing through Linz for one night, you need a smart phone for entry to the hotel and room but it works well, room was really clean and comfortable and nice and quiet, nice breakfast, good value and definitely recommended

Ich habe gebucht und vor Ort erfuhr ich dann, das das Hotel überbucht war. Ich musste abends um 11 eine neue Unterkunft suchen!!! Das war eine Schweinerei!!! Ich hoffe, Sie können mir einen Entschädigungsgutschein ausstellen. MfG
