Nothing the photos are a lie . NOT WORTH booking if you are travelling with kids from overseas. The breakfast area was dirty filthy and all empty containers. Very miss managed hotel . The kitchen staff tried making us fresh food that was helpful.

Everything. We had no towels , heaters that we had to pay extra were broken / damaged so stopped working after few hours. Front desk at checkout over charged so please make sure you double check your room rates. The taxes are very confusing.

1. Very poor wi-fi range throughout the hotel. 2. Breakfast quality was extremely sub-standard. All the more, they served exactly the same menu in breakfast buffet for all the days of our stay. (Hotel dining area is small and cannot accommodate more than 15-20 guests. Most guests had to wait 20-30 mins to get table for dining. Replenishment of food, plates, cutleries was slow, adding to more delays in the overall dining experience) 3. Extra charges for heater (Rs. 300 per night) asked during peak winter season (Availability of heating facility was already mentioned as a part of room package. We paid ~Rs.7500 per room per night. Heater charges over and above this room tariff was a clear loot) 4. The top category rooms that we booked was supposed to have a mountain/scenic view as per the booking portal. However, the property is located in crowded part of city and offered a slum like view from the balcony. 5. The room had a lower carpet area then promised while booking and also did not have promised facilities like chairs and dressing table. There was a single unit of wardrobe without door (which looked really ugly) and we had only one side table besides the bed. 6. Room service was pathetic. Rooms did not have the basic toiletries like dental kit, shampoo & towels. 7. Upon raising the concern with hotel management, we were not heard and were further treated badly. Ms Sanjeevani & Mr Ajay were non-cooperative to our concerns. We had to put a tough stand to get some of our concerns addressed. 8. Unfortunately, we had no option to switch the hotel as most of the neighboring hotels were fully occupied due to festive season.

the staff is good. rooms are clean

rooms should have more amenities like wardrobe, hangers., fridge. bathrooms should have dental kit etc. breakfast was below average in terms of taste and options available.

No air conditioning available in the room. very very uncomfortable.

Fully cooperative staff as well as reception.

Food prices is very very high. But the taste of food is sub standard.

Staff was very courteous. Very helpful. Room clean Food good Being a solo traveler ,i felt safe.

Heater was chargeable ( 300 rs per night) which was a bit costly. Buffet was same throughout my stay ( breakfast buffet included)
