Чисто. Не далеко від жд вокзалу. Пішки 15хв. На поверсі є чай, кава.

Ліфт відсутній, якщо важка валіза - будьте готові на третій поверх тягти її. Ванна кімната… ну хоч шторку, жалюзі ну хоч щось на вікно! Не зручно, що після душу вся підлога у воді. Подушки дуже тверді.
