"Wantered on the street with my girl at early morning"

It was clean

Reached there with my daughter at 4:15AM. Early check-in was mentioned and the room was booked for the previous day also as instructed by the hotel staff. There was no one at the hotel and no one was picking up any of the 3 numbers of the hotel till 6:45 am. No one should have this experience!
