The room was clean. Fairly quiet, even with airplanes taking off nearby. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and hairdryer, which were very useful. Exceeded my expectations for a budget motel.

1. The florescent lights were a bit harsh. 2. Since there's nobody manning the front lobby, I would prefer a locked entrance for safety reasons.

Terrible. A place of horrors. The front desk is useless for checkout. The rooms smelled musty and dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and there was hair everywhere. The photos are nothing like the place... Old building with no elevator. The floorboards move when you walk. Horrible. A rip-off.

STAY CLEAR AWAY!!! HORRENDOUSLY DISGUSTING. Will NEVER EVER stay there ever again.

Bad customer attention and lack of care for guests. Our bathroom flooded, they lied and kept telling us 5x’s that the “technician” was on their way to fix it. We asked if you can’t fix it, then move us to another room. Nothing was done. No one showed up after the whole night. We ended up having to fix the %*^!~ toilet ourselves. They only care about your money and lack guest service. Was told they would talk to the “manager” to see what they can do to compensate our terrible stay. Come the next day, we asked for a discount, late check out, or something for our inconvenience. Apparently the front desk said “this is the first time I’m hearing of this.” Only let me stay a 1/2 later, otherwise they would have to charge a full day. The toiletries appeared as refilled items and weren’t even “Economy Brand” items as they were a mix of Quality Inn and other hotel brand products. The towels, bedding were of paper thin quality. Told us they were charging $296.00US per night…not worth it at all. Our Uber drivers even told us they would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This speaks volumes. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I do NOT recommend this unsatisfactory place…especially when you have to fix your own bathroom!!

Veey dissapointed in the àdvertisment. Said it offerred parking and shuttle service to the airport. What they dìd not tell you was the cost. The fees were higher that the room rate.
