Worth it and the ambience superb, and the staffs are very friendly and their hospitality is amazing and the food is so delicious especially the buffet, and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable too, nd the swimming pool worth it, if you coming with friends, family, partner to visit munnar then i would say it is the best place ever to stay in munnar, this place completely has a different vibe, damn I enjoyed a lot

Devonshire Munnar is a fantastic place to stay! The location offers stunning views, and the staff were always responsive and helpful. A special thanks to our cab driver, Deepu, who took us to beautiful spots and was incredibly patient while we explored. His helpfulness made our trip even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Overall good for stay with family and Ambience , room service and front response at late night are terrible. Felt like family and also luxury feel they given. Staff are very kind and friendly. My kid birthday shoot also happened there . It was went nice

Amazing service by all staff - food was very tasty, chef specifically made Kerala-style puttu at the request of my mother! The facilities are all clean, and the hotel is especially great if you want to get involved in activities as they have a list of things they offer each day (includes a guided group walk to nearby waterfall/bonfires/cooking lessons with the Chef…etc). They also have great spa facilities that you can enjoy if you want to relax. Overall a fantastic hotel if you want to get away and unwind whilst on holiday!

The location was excellent. The view from the hotel was spectacular. The friendly staff made our stay pleasurable. The morning hike hosted by Sharath Gopalan was the highlight of my stay. The brisk morning walk with the breathtaking views was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this venue to nature lovers who wish to escape from their busy city lives.

Views were stunning.

Unfortunately, everything else. The rooms were a mess. Pillows had blood and lipstick stains, found hairs in the bed, and there were dead bugs in the drawers. The shower was a nightmare, clogged and flipping between freezing and scalding. The walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Even the restaurant was a letdown. Tables were always dirty. We watched the staff just flip the linens over to hide stains instead of changing them. Unbelievable. To add to the disappointment, we were confirmed by message until days before our arrival that there would be an operative spa – part of the hotel's name itself. Yet, when we arrived, we learned there was no spa at all. Worst part? The noise. Some ventilation machine was going all night, making it impossible to get any sleep. And the staff? A total disaster. Not only clueless but also rude. Bringing up these issues, especially while traveling with my elderly parents, resulted in a very unpleasant experience. Their lack of respect and empathy made us feel extremely uncomfortable. After an exhausting discussion, they did amend some of the issues, but it was too little too late. They even promised us a refund for this disaster, gave us a signed paper confirming it, but then went silent. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they never issued the refund. Completely unacceptable. Hope this review gets the hotel to clean up its act – literally and figuratively.
