Accommodating staff. Free mineral water. We were provided the ground floor which is very helpful for a senior citizen guest such as us.

Amenities were only given when requested.. bathroom drain was clogged.

The rooms that I booked online is NOT the same ones where we stayed. According to the staff, the system have automatically changed it which is very annoying. The rooms are not comfortable, lights are dim, hot showers not working, etc. The room description on the website is far different to the actual. I'll never comeback or book again.

The room setup, with the attic beds, was cool and spacious. I liked that it was in the middle of town and was close to alot of other shops. When we entered the room, my colleague and I took pictures right away and sent it to our boss to recommend it when the other members come to Naga.

the aircon wasn't working well. it became stuffy after a few hours.
