I booked my hotel room for two nights via booking.com. My hotel booking condition is always confirmed, no cancellation, no information. But when I checked in, the receptionist said they can’t accept foreigners. And asked me to find another hotel. I asked, why didn't they reject my booking from the beginning even though they could see my name that I was not local. They said it was my problem with booking.com because they had already told booking.com. After I protested, the manager came. And finally he helped me find another hotel. At least there is a good manager who is willing to help so that I am not stranded on the streets.

Breakfast? No breakfast was provided. they cook on order in a shanty kitchen and are highly priced for shitty food. The location of the Inn is good.

It was online fraud. No signboard said this name for this hotel. It has a signboard 'Royal Stay Inn'. It was difficult to locate the place when we arrived first. No breakfast for free as was told during booking. The bed sheets were dirty. The place was cold like hell. Dirty, there were maintenence work like repairs and a big scaffolding was left on the corridor. The toilet seat was broken and came off. Water ran out, electricity went off. The kitchen where they were cooking was the dirtiest kitchen sharing the same wall just next to a staff toilet which was so smelly!! Hygiene and cleanliness are zero. The single bed bedsheet was a half torn sheet out of a double sheet. holes on bedsheets. Bed sheet had to be changed because hairs and food and wrappers from previous stay were on bed! there were ashtrays for smokers and smelling bad.

Breakfast was refused initially and we finally convinced the staff to provide. There is no restaurant in the premises and room service was given with only one variety of food item.The usual room rent is around 2000 but you charged 6500 with out providing proper breakfast.It is highly regrettable.

The hotel authority should provide good breakfast. Room rent is exorbitant, may be due to Kumb mela.

Very unhygienic, blanket cover had stains, found condom wrapper in bed, phone didn't work for room service, lots of mosquitoes. They locked the main gate at night and my zomato order couldn't deliver. Nobody was there anywhere near reception to open the gate. Mostly used by local unmarried couples for sex. Not at all good for family or singles.

The rooms were quite dirty and had not been cleaned properly. The bed sheets had burnt cigarette holes, and the storage drawers were dirty with cigarette ash left in them.
