Easy access to all the amenities and best of all opposite the beach!! Truly the most magical spot to stay. Away from the crowds. The BEST thing about the stay was YunYun. She runs the place for the hosts and she truly makes the stay amazing. She is the most amazing and kind woman who made our stay so enjoyable and easy. Her knowledge of the island and surrounding islands, as well as the people on the island is unmatched. We stayed another week with cabana as we just enjoyed it so much!

The service was exceptional, we were looked after from the moment we arrived with recommendations and assistance with hiring bikes. The apartments were beautiful - better than the photos!

Spacious apartment with two large bedrooms and two large ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Yuyun and staff were very helpful with booking snorkel tour, bikes and horse taxi. Great place to stay right opposite the beach, lots of restaurants and gorgeous sunrise views.

The beach might be nicer for swimming on the other side of the island.

We booked two rooms and were under impression that they were quite lovely- mistake easy to make as most of the photos, as it turned out, depict the rooms upstairs that are part of ‘the apartment’. The rooms downstairs are very basic, dingy and the bathroom lacks drainage. The common area is constantly occupied by manager and other staff. It turned out that apartment was vacant so I requested that we upgrade with additional pay. The payment difference for three nights according to Booking.com should be around A$84. The manager contacted the owner and informed us that we can stay upstairs for additional A$120 per night. I explained it was excessive and was happy to pay the difference but not extra A$276. We moved upstairs, the owner called half an hour later and we were kicked downstairs- apparently the apartment has just been unexpectedly rented on Booking.com. Oh well, I thought, bad luck. But it turned out that some local gentleman showed up with his son to ‘move in’ upstairs for one night. They were clearly the manager’s family or acquaintances (were spending all their time together). They disappeared next morning. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me. We won’t be back- plenty of nicer places around, with better accommodation (e.g. Bamboo Cottages).

Amazing location right in front of the beach. Plenty of space in each room. Lots of restaurants and bars around. They cleaned every day, but they were very flexible with our own schedule, which was great too.

Sometimes it became a bit noisy, not from the street actually, but from the apartment(s) downstairs: slamming doors, people coming in and out, etc.

We were a group of 8 so the entitehouse was ours. The location- just on the seashore...at sunrise point, the interior design - cool white, the staff - manager Yunyun was ready to extend support.

1. It's on the seashore and not a beach - we can't swim in the waters due to lot of corals. 2. The toilet in the apartment doesnt have a door...better to have for hygiene also.
