Horrible staff rude behavior they can't even manage a couple . Front desk staff were the most rude ever I have met . Smoking was not allowed but instead they explaining to all the clients about the same the fine they charged which not even a 5star or 7star guys charge the amount of fine they charged was Rs 10000 seriously the most Horrible and worst experience.

Staff selection and the way they talk kindly improve this

Excellent behavior of staff and ambiance

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They mentioned that there would be a mini fridge in the room, but it was missing. Also, the pressure of water in the wc was too much. Everytime we opened the tap or flushed, it would spray out. Plus the keycards were not operational. So I had to depend on the staff to let me back in every time I stepped out.

Food, ambience & staff was good.

No spread menu for breakfast. Too late.

I had wonderful stay. The checkin process was smooth and the staffs were very friendly. My room was clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful pool view. Also the breakfast was very delicious.☺️
