"Just ok to sleep, no frills attached"

Nothing as such

No coffee maker, no towel, no soap or shampoo holder, no wiper, nonworkimg geyser....in addition extra charges than confirmed during booking.... washroom entry at higher level making it difficult for old or handicapped people

"Very much disturbed allocated room by booking.com."

Toilet is bad. Heavy smell throughout the day and night. Ordinary water bottle supplied, not mineral water. No tea coffee maker in the room, but it is mentioned during booking through booking.com. No facility at all. Bed sheet also dirty.

As breakfast included in my booking, but hotel says only Rs 150 allocated for breakfast per day so, hotel provide only one breakfast dish for two person we stay for Rs 1500 per day. This is very disappointed. Booking.com is fully responsible for the package.
