Friendly staff, excellent communication in advance. Airport pick up was waiting for us. Interesting neighborhood and large comfortable room which was a nice break from the buzy street.

The staff were so nice , they took care of everything absolutely good.

Rooms smell a little

This hotel is the cleanest and the most modern I have ever been in India. The room are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the water is hot, the restaurant and especially the breakfast are great.

I would have put a 10 but there are two downsides: the terrace is open but is in construction, there is nothing there so don't expect to enjoy it. The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, bordelining rude sometimes (but it is only the staff at the reception, the other people working in the restaurant or for the roomservice are very nice). The hotel should think about changing the ones at the reception.

The hotel's location is good in the prime market area. The breakfast menu and taste of the food is also good. The bathroom is spacious.

Nothing as such. The room was a little smelly when you entered and then you became used to it so it doesn't bother you much. Lighting could be better

The place is very well located, we could easily walk from the train station and then to the beach. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was quite nice and the breakfast had little variety but was very good. The restaurant's food was just ok, nothing special for the price, but the portions were generous.

The rooftop area was closed and seemed forgotten.
