Great location in Dhabagardens. The hotel is located in the middle of the cell phone district of Visakapatnam. Great news if you're in the market for a new phone or accessory. The hotel is new so its very clean and modern. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast is ok. The beds are very comfortable. There are a good selection of TV channels and the aircon works great. The bathroom is a good size and there is plenty of hot water.

There were instances where restaurant staff got our eggs/tea order wrong or forget about our order completely. When paying the card machine at reception does not accept international cards of any kind. This caused us a major problem as we are all foreigners. Luckily our Indian relatives were able to pay using their bank cards on our behalf. There were some occasions when our room was cleaned and tea/coffee/milk/water was not replenished. Also, the shower has glass only on one side so the entire bathroom floor does get wet when you shower. This is a major issue with most Indian hotels and not exclusive to to Northway Hotel. I wish Indian hotel developers would just enclose the entire shower. I hate having my shoes and feet wet when I go into the bathroom to use the toilet or brush my teeth.
