- bad treatment especially from the duty manager. - breakfast not good. - no hands offered to help in the carrying luggage (though all are around) - was given rooms in a smoking floor and asked to change as we are not smoking family and have kids the receptionist checked and confirmed the availability and agreed to change but the duty manager rejected the request ! - the rooms have no tissue boxes and when I requested, they don’t know what tissue means - toilets have no items (you need to have your tooth brush with you) - towels are old - bed covers are too light and old

The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast is good compared to hotels of the same standard I requested a late checkout and they provided it

Smoking allowed by some customers in non-smoking rooms

Nothing compares with the story on checkout

First, the rules when I booked that hotel, was: no prepared needed, paying at hotel. Was not true because all amount was prepay. Explanation for that by the manager: booking.com system had problems, we had deferential rules. Second, when I do the checkout, the receptionist told deferent prices according to my booking (higher ). After asking for the manager, was okay. Explanation of manager, the receptionist doesn’t speak well English.

Breakfast is VERY poor - just different olives and cheeses. The rooms are good.
