I didn't opt for breakfast so I cannot comment about that. On the first day of our stay, maybe due to less number of catering staff, our evening tea was served late. Parking space is there, but as the location is congested so you have to be a very good driver to park your car properly. However, the hotel staff will definitely help you. Better to avoid visiting the place on weekend. Count of tourist is very high.

The location was good. They arranged an accommodation for our driver too. Room was comfy. Being on a hill station, they provided hot water for 5 hours in morning which was okay.

There were rubbish mattresses lying near the stairs. They could have persuaded the hotel downstairs to move them.

Credit card payment not available & washroom not upto mark also dental kit not provided with 2600 rent.

There is nothing to like about... it's a scam... it's not even a hotel... There is only one floor... totally suffocating..do not go in there Even booking.com should verify the hotel before listing it...your reputation is also at stake

No exhuast in washarea, check out time is 9:00 am which too early on winters,

Hot water restrictions,It's available 7a.m to11a.m &check out time 9a.m. it's reduclius.
