Bad Service Bad Reception Bad property Not worth the money they charge at all

The behaviour and support from the receptionist Mr Vaibhav and the owner.

Didn't like the stay and it has a long list, starting from the parking area, cleanliness of room and wash room, TV works on only one channel star tv, many switches arent working, remote cells were like, somebody had chewed them, drinking water wasn't placed at room. The electric kettle was in pathetic shape, in terms of cleanliness. Even sugar, tea, coffee pouches weren't there, upon requesting the receptionist provided immediately. I had to cut short my stay, by changing the dates, in this case specially the Receptionist Mr Vaibhav helped me and the owner spoke to the receptionist and guided to help me and refunded the amount.

> Behaviour of the staffs (mainly one of the receptionist or manager without proper dress) > Bed Size is small for tall people > The toilet ceiling was not clean enough > The hotel is on the 1st floor, but there's no one to take the luggage there > Hot water is not available for 24 hours > Check in / check out timings are not proper as per the hill area.

Everything is good.

The owner and staff of the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is very close to the city centre, walking distance.

The hotel needs to be upgraded where rooms are more spacious and have a restaurant, where one can have breakfast and other meals

The room was stinking. No water heater in the bathroom. The service was too poor. Worst experience in our entire Rajasthan trip of 11 days. We booked 6 different hotels in different cities, but experience at Hotel Leef Inn was terrible.

Location is okay.

Nothing is good about this hotel. Room was extremely dirty. No lift and they provide used blankets, bedsheets. The carpet was full of hairs. Even after requesting to clean it they did not. I would not recommend anyone.
