I booked this hotel to check in 12pm on 26th Jan,my train got delayed and reached around 5.30pm, when I checked in helpdesk at hotel they said no room available, how come there is no room when I have confirmed booking. No one has informed that room is not available, during booking time u send msg on WhatsApp, mail and on app,why no information on this in any means. I was scared to hell...what abt my safety,luckily one couple checked out hence I got room.im not gonna use booking.com for any bookings going fwd .worst experience and nightmare for South Indian in Kolkata coz I trusted u ppl

To be Frank nothing we liked about this facility. They have put old photos of the facility which were taken during the inauguration of this hotel and fooling around the clients.

First thing when you enter the hotel you will not get that warm welcome. Second thing this facility stinks from top to bottom and reception. Third, inside the room it stinks completely with cigarette smells. Fourth, the bedspreads were not cleaned you can see lots of marks and smell in them Fifth, Inside the toilet you can see lots of insects and ants. It was not cleaned properly. Even after changing the room the situation didn't change. It was the same. Sixth, there was no hot water in the toilet. This list goes on... We booked for 3 nights but vacated the next day early morning since we checked in late in the night the previous day. Otherwise we would have not stayed in that hotel that 1 night also.
