Absolutely nothing

It was the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in. There is no way that this place should have an 8.5rating - it was freezing cold - no heating - we had to ask for blankets, toilet paper and drinking water. The place was grubby and badly maintained. I suspect the photos of the food are stock photos as it bore no resemblance to what we received, the menu was all smeared and sticky, the hot water ran out, the TV remote didn’t work and the staff were rude, one in particular was extremely rude- when he brought the requested toilet paper, it was half-used and damp and when my friend requested a fresh one he told her to be silent. I could go on and on, but it’s a waste of energy. I had booked and paid for 2 nights - we checked out as soon as we could after the first night.
