Worst property ever🤮

Untidy rooms and no service with worst care taker

There was water dispenser in each floor. Wifi was in good condition. TV was in working condition.

They have not mentioned anything about the room not having Indian style washroom in advance. They just gave us a room and didn't change it even though they had lots of rooms free. Also the owners are very very non-cooperative. Cheap soaps. No dishes available in room or even in hotel. Doesn't respond to phone calls from room. No room service. NOT FOR FAMILY. THE STAFF IS VERY NOSY ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL STUFF.

Just like a lodge like set up. No drinking water. No toiletry. AC is working but no cooling

Room is clean.Checkinn was cool .., safe for ladies,as the reception boy and the cleaning staff were cool guys

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Rating and Poor Hospitality I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The pictures on the app are not an accurate representation of the hotel’s actual condition. The surroundings are also not as described, which was quite disappointing. One of my biggest concerns is the misleading 3-star rating. In my honest opinion, this property does not even meet the standards of a 1-star hotel. It raises the question of whether some of the ratings and reviews have been artificially inflated or paid for. The room was in very poor condition — there was no lock from inside, which made us feel extremely unsafe. Several electrical switches were loose, which was also concerning. To our surprise, the washroom was built in the balcony area, which made it very noisy and uncomfortable. The floor was cracked, and overall, the room felt neglected and far below any acceptable standard. No toiletries were provided, and when I asked at reception, they simply told me to buy them from a shop next door. I would expect at least basic amenities to be included — this is a standard offering even at budget properties. The hotel listing is very misleading, and it’s frustrating to see it rated as a 3-star property. In my experience, it didn’t even meet 1-star expectations. There was no proper waiting area, and while we were waiting for our Uber, my elderly mother had to sit on the stairs because no chair or seating was offered. A person was present at the reception but made no effort to assist or show even basic courtesy — something you'd expect in any hospitality setting. This lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable. As a guest, I expected at least basic hospitality, especially for someone traveling with family.
