Worse than a jail, staff is extremely rude. Living in a jail is literally way better than this This has to be delisted from booking.com There is no cleanliness, insects and hair all over the place. Disgusting Even the dustbin isn't cleaned. It has used protection in it! Even typing this is embarassing. Bear in mind this is after telling them thrice to clean the room Running a hotel like this should be illegal The staff isn't even ready to give the location. I could not reach the hotel for hours. They simply refused to even give the location to a paying customer It is surprising that I came home safely after staying there Deeply disturbing

the property was very bad. not clean. flush not working. torn bed sheets. smelled bad. the rooms are not as shown in pictures. the manager was rude. we had to leave the property the moment we saw the room. they refused to accommodate our drivers who we had sent to sleep there since we changed property.
