"THE UPKEEP NEEDS TO IMPROVE GREATLY AND FIX BROKEN ITMS"

ROOM WAS SPACIOUS BUT WAS VERY POORLY MAINTAINED. DUST EVERYWHERE. MOST OF THE THINGS WERE UNSERVICEABLE. EVEN THE BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY.

I had done reservations for Sunday, Saturday i get a call from fab hotel team saying White House has cancelled the tie-up with fab hotels. Thereby your reservations would be cancelled(It was cancelled by fab hotel team on call). Few days after the booking date has passed, I get to know they have charged me no-show fees. All in all its been 15days since, I have not received any refund yet, be it any amount.

"Worst experience ever. Never gona visit this property again. And i will suggest don’t go."

Nothing special just the room was big enough.

Everything.. no wifi working , no tv working, no geyser working, not clean room infact everything was messed up. No breakfast provided inspite of been included in the package.
