Hotel Ganga Maiya

The hotel was clean and the installations were new. The staff was extremely polite and helping. As a foreign woman, I felt very safe and comfortable there. Everything was good: clean, new, the bed was comfortable, nothing was broken, they offered good sample sized shampoos, soap, lotion, conditioner, chilled drinking water and non spicy meals.

Incredible value for money, spotlessly clean and a very high pressure hot shower.

Location was perfect at the centre , breakfast also too good. The neatness and cleaness was excellent. Will definately recomend and also would prefer the hotel whenever , my visit is plan to Lucknow

The only thing missing is the in house restaturant , if the same is taken care in near future it will make it a complete hotel.

The property was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The location was also good.

The staff was not professional especially at the reception.they don't know how to behave with customers. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so we had to take our breakfast in the room, which we did not like.

Outstanding hotel. Each and every staff were excellent. Very neat and clean,best facilities, delicious food.
