"Very good apart from no restaurant and complicated Wi-Fi."

Good clean room and bathroom .

No restaurant and although room service was available I don't like eating in my room. The wifi system was very annoying (a code that I ly lasts 24hrs). This is the only hotel in India where I have had this. It's a waste of staff and guest time. It should just be open and have one password for the entire stay

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, right from the moment I landed in Lucknow (even before I had checked in). The check-in process was smooth, the washrooms sparkling clean, the rooms tastefully designed, and the location was right in the heart of the city.

Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms a good size. Felt safe and secure.

Breakfast served in the room. It would have been nice to have had a small breakfast room with the other guests.

Akash and the staff delivered great hospitality. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and centrally located. The room layout was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a balcony room. Highly recommend it to other travelers. Very helpful staff and gave us great recommendations. Use Uber auto to get anywhere in the city. Allocate 3-4 days for Lucknow. It is a beautiful city with heritage sights, many parks, delicious food and great shopping for Lucknowi Chikan.
