Beautiful place in the jungle but also difficult to get around if you don't come by car. You are in the middle of nowhere and in the street there is no traffic so you can not just hail a taxi - it has to be pre-booked. Beautiful hotel but just a bit too remote for me.

Too far out in the jungle with nothing outside. No store, no food, no traffic, no taxis. I felt a bit too isolated.

Cockroach & ants.

The location was nice and close to the airport, which was our intention of staying there. For being so close, the planes didn’t fly late at night and slept quite well. The staff is very nice.

The place really needs to be cleaned. The cabins could be nice, but it all gets taken away by how dirty it is. The sheets were stained everywhere, hair all over the bed. Pretty nasty. Dust everywhere (as if it’s never been dusted). How dirty it was is just not ok. Very disappointed in that. Woke up to a scorpion in the shower.
