Staff helpful with issues around payment, despite it not being clear they don’t take card.

I arrived at 2am, late but as communicated. Messages exchanged before and confirmation that late arrival was fine. So when I arrived, I was surprised to see all the lights off. I walked up the stairs and could find no one at all. I went in all the office/facilities buildings and still found no one. I had no Wi-Fi access or SIM due to just landing. Eventually, after 1 hour by the pool being consumed by mosquitoes, I tried some back-doors within the office buildings. To my surprise, I found a young man sleeping on the floor. After a few minutes, I was able to wake him. Unfortunately, he was not appreciative of being woken to do his job. He was quite rude. His friend eventually came to help check me in. The checkin process included me being taken to my room, refusing to give me the Wi-Fi password and not telling me that the food/drinks in the room was chargeable (only found this out after I checked out - heavily inflated prices). However, they did find time to take a picture of my passport before leaving me to get some sleep. This was not possible immediately though due to 3 large cockroaches in the room. I attempted to take a shower, but the water pressure was very weak and there was cleaning equipment left with dirty water in the bucket in the shower. Not good! Overall, a rather suboptimal experience with plenty of room for improvement.

The cottage is located at a peaceful place and is apt for a calm and comfortable stay. Awesome pool for kids and adults as well.

No restaurant facility makes it difficult to stay with kids and the breakfast can't be served before 10.30 which compels one to go out unnecessarily, they even charge for drinking water , the parking is very steep so one needs to be perfect in driving as it could be risky for a novice, don't come with elders, as they will be out of breath climbing the stairs.

There is no kitchen, worst of facility it is loot in broad day light I hate booking.Com too for providing this sort of facility

There can’t be bad facility in goa

new property .. great location on hill top .. little walk .. overall peaceful and no distractions.

At least don't charge for water bottles.
