Half the time there was no electricity, bathroom was dirty, flush not working, lights very dim and dull, weird hot water timings, TV not working,liquor shop on ground floor was very noisy at night, no restaurant or room service, towels were dirty, filthy and smelling of oil, Unsafe at night.
