"Lazy staff, awful hotel chain."

Some staff were nice, while others were not.

Arrived to be told by three men at reception that the hotel was no longer in business. After many long calls with the hotel phoneline I discovered this was a lie, they just didn't accept foreigners and couldn't be bothered to tell me. The no foreigners policy was not stated on Booking.com before booking was made. Was put up in a different hotel instead which was okay. Never using this brand of hotels again.

"Do not book"

Nothing. Worst booked place and I have been to 50 countries

Booked 3 rooms. On arrival they cancelled it. They k ew where we were from, all booked on booking.com and didn't honour it. Staff and owner were useless. Very rude. Wasted our time. Also took a deposit on another site and nor refunded. Also a filthy dirty place. Fraudulent

They did not give us room. Very rude. No booking..they said .we have to stand outside and search for other hotel
