Please stop promoting this property. its nothing like shown in image. worst hotel ever. very bad condition, no staff corporation, no water, bugs everywhere. it was a nightmare.

There is nothing to like about the Fab Hotel Lime Tree, Dwarka, Delhi

Fab Hotel Lime Tree, Dwarka, Delhi was the worst and for experience with all the issues in hotel being observed in single site and unfortunately, my experience was bad (worst and disappointing). Cleanliness: The room was not clean and there were cockroaches on the TV panel, inside the cupboard, Bedsheet on the bed had unclean spots. There were visible stains on the carpet and the bathroom had not been properly sanitized and had ceiling broken with layer fallen. The room had pungent stink & smelled bad. AC installed had fixed temperature of 25 degrees which couldn't be changed, the Fan made squeaking noise, and it was difficult to sleep with that sound. Service: The staff were rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, my concerns were not addressed. Amenities: Several advertised amenities were either unavailable or not functioning. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the gym equipment was outdated and in poor condition. Iron was not available, and breakfast served with Puri and Aloo Bhaji, so I didn't eat breakfast all 3 days. Hot water geyser didn't work first morning, and it was difficult to manage. Television was without the cable subscription and worked on the hotel Wi-Fi which was too slow, browser was stuffed with Porn, and it was difficult to close almost 5-6 tabs. I stayed in my friend's hotel for next says and utilised this hotel as cloak room, as I couldn't cancel. I had paid for 2 people and other people had to cancel because of emergency family situation Location: The hotel location looked like a slum area and gave bad impression. Value for Money: Considering the high price, the quality of the stay was very disappointing. I expected much better service and facilities for the cost. Overall, my stay at Fab Hotel Lime Tree, Dwarka, Delhi was quite forgetful. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues promptly and takes the necessary action to save the Fab hotel brand name.
