The location is a big plus. It's right on a main road and has easy access to shops, places to eat, banks, local transport, etc. The room I was given was on the third floor and had a window which allowed a decent amount of sunlight to come in. I'm not sure if all rooms are like this, but it was nice. The room and bathroom were both clean when I arrived. The linen and towels were also clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well most of the time.

The toiletries could have been stocked and restocked better. I had to ask a couple of times to receive toiletries and the soap and shampoo conatiners in the bathroom weren't refilled. The AC did have some problems on the last day, so it probably needs some servicing.
