1) They didn't give the AC room on arrival, even though we booked in advance. They gave the AC room only after we denied the non-AC room 2) No attached restaurant. We have to go nearby restaurant to have food.

The door lock was having issue Also the window door was not able to close both are created an anxiety especially when we went as family Cleanliness of bathroom iwas not that great

The hotel is very close to Tambaram railway station. The staff were very kind. I have checked in 9:15 on arrival and checked out 9:45 next day but they took only one day rent. The facilities provided are good as per the price range.

I was in non AC room. I felt some itching after sleeping on one of the beds and it would be great if mosquito nets are used for non AC rooms.
