Ambience, good reception staffs are very helpfull , Room floor clean but broken, need care and maintenance, window cannnot close , restaurant staffs cannot speak english, simple menu items are not available poor service

ordered juice and got very very ordinary and expired juice. the watermelon was rotten

the room was very shabby especially the linen. No WiFi and the sound from the roof top ( DJ events) just don't allow you to relax. it was really bad to hear the staff saying SORRY for everything.

Comfortable bed, nice room, friendly and helpful staff. They have a nice rooftop restaurant and bar. You should ask for a room on the east side facing the temple lake as the other side is along the railway.

The staff.. They really did as good as they could. The location is nice too, of course

The hotel really needs TLC (= maintenance and repair). #In particular the electrical installations are way below standard. #Frequent powercuts #Painting and flooring need attention #Internet didn't function (no back up)
